• Financial advice within the scope of putting together closed-end
  funds complete with profit and loss accounting and tax forecasts,
  liquidity forecasts, sensitivity analyses, documentation compliant
  with § 15 of the German Investment Prospectus Ordinance
  (VermVerkProspV) and a pay-back method based on your
  requirements 

• Tax advice in terms of designing closed-end funds through to
  putting together a complete tax concept or carrying out an analysis
  as to whether the tax concept you designed complies with tax
  legislation and published legal decisions and administrative
  interpretations

• Drafting of tax reports

• Device on drawing up contracts within the scope of guidelines
  governing the profession

• Coordinating contracts, financial calculations and tax concepts with
  the parties and consultants involved as well as gaining approval
  for the sales brochure from the prospectus manager

• Support during the approval process required prior to publishing
  the sales prospectus as set out in § 8i of the German Prospectus
  Act (VerkProspG)

• Drafting formulation proposals and aids to be printed in sales
  prospectuses as well as writing prospectus texts in keeping with
  local legislation and the profession
